We've been working on a special project which has involved leafing through old photos. Ran across a few that made me smile, thought I would share....

New Mexico Weekend

Scott's sister, Lindy turned 30 the first weekend of March. His family decided to throw her a surprise party, and even more of a surprise we ALL were able to fly in and celebrate with them!!

We all got in at differnt times on Friday, but as you can see she was surprised, so was Madison! But both seemed excited to see everyone!!!

That night we all just enjoyed eachother's company and had a fun night celebrating! Scott's family is truly amazing and they never disappoint, we had a blast!

Saturday was no disappointment either. We started the day off by taking Madison to her first T-ball practice. We're thinking she may just be the first female to play for the MLB! :-)After cheering her on we met Shawn, Lindy's husband, at the ranch he works on. He was gracious enough to let us all sit in on an embryo transfer, and I'm so glad everyone was willing to do this as I am the only who has never seen one. And it was incredible. It still amazes me they can do that and how much of an art they have it down to.

The rest of the trip was spent relaxing and enjoying the company. We all headed to the airport on Sunday to catch our respective flights, but not before posing for a final few photos!

Lastly, I just wanted to say how much fun Scott and I have been having watching his dad's horses run in California. He is doing amazing out there right now with his horses running firsts and seconds almost every out! It definitely isn't the same as being right there in the action, but either way we have really enjoyed his success!!!
